Some affiliate programs and companies will allow you to directly send traffic from video sharing websites as long as the affiliate paying you out agrees. Some of them will not though since the traffic isn't directly targeted and their conversion rate won't be as nearly as high. There are a ton of offers to promote that relate to today such as Halloween ads or political ads which are huge right now.
Don't upload them all to one source though or put all your eggs in one basket so to speak. There are plenty of video sharing websites that allow users to upload their own work out there, and you should take advantage of this and upload them to all of them or as many as you can. I'm not saying spam the networks with your videos but the more people that see them, the better you will do.
